In this article, we are taking a look at the lovely community of Chapel Creek. This is one of my favorite top five main level living neighborhoods. Chapel Creek is located off of Patton Chapel in the heart of Hoover.

What I really like about this neighborhood, number one is the location. It's so convenient, you can leave the neighborhood and go down Patton Chapel and end up on Highway 31. Or you can take the cut through that takes you through the Preserve neighborhood. You can even come out and go a different direction and end up on Shades Crest Road. So you have a couple of ways to get around the Hoover neighborhood. And, I-65 and I-459 are just minutes away for quick access to downtown.

This neighborhood is close to numerous shopping malls, restaurants, parks, and more. The Riverchase Galleria and Patton Creek Shopping Center are a short six minute drive from Chapel Creek and Brookwood Mall is fifteen minutes away. So you have plenty of places to choose from whether you’re shopping or looking for a great restaurant. There are also many grocery and hardware stores nearby. Living in the Chapel Creek community gives you easy accessibility to what Hoover has to offer.

Chapel Creek is zoned for Hoover City Schools. Both Gwin Elementary School and Simmons Middle School are less than a mile away. The Hoover High School is also close by and is around five miles away from Chapel Creek. The Chapel Creek community is close to Aldridge Gardens. The Hoover Metropolitan Complex is also a little over five miles away, with a wide variety of sporting events, tournaments and shows to attend.

Additionally, I like the fact that Chapel Creek is a flat neighborhood, so it's great for walkability. It has sidewalks, streetlights and it's a great way to get out and meet your neighbors.

The vast majority of these homes have a main level master bedroom and they all have a main level garage. So if main level living is important to you, then you need to check out Chapel Creek. Now I will tell you, these homes don't come on the market very often because this is a really popular neighborhood. So if Chapel Creek is somewhere that you and your family would like to consider, give me a call and I will watch for homes coming on the market in Chapel Creek and I'll be happy to let you know when the next one comes available that might be a great fit for your family.
